Gogebic County
The Ironwood One Stop Center provides a complete array of employment and training services to the residents of Gogebic County. Computers are available for use by job seekers to work on their resumes or to search for jobs through various internet resources. Free career resource materials are available as well as a display of job application forms from over 50 employers in the area. The One Stop Center has two rooms that can be used for group meetings. The MI Works! G.E.D. Instructor provides instruction twice a week at the One Stop Center. The Veterans Employment Representative is here the last Tuesday of each month by appointment only to meet with Veterans regarding employment issues. Goodwill Industries also uses the facility twice a month to meet with program participants. |
